Overview

Goodman Commercial has been exclusively retained by Deloitte, as the court-appointed receiver, to offer for sale Siena at the Heights, a partially constructed five-storey mixed-use project at 4451 Hastings Street (formerly 4437 Hastings) in Burnaby.

The property comprises a 17,222 SF (165’ x 105’) site, which has been rezoned and fully permitted for the development of a 52,753 SF project featuring 38 residential strata suites above 6 commercial strata units. The five-storey concrete and wood-frame structure is designed to sit atop a two-level parkade with 71 stalls.

All permits are in place, municipal fees have been paid, excavation and shoring are completed and the parkade structure has been started.

Twenty-eight of the 38 residential units and all six commercial units have pre-sale contracts in place.

Each commercial unit features ~20′ ceiling heights, surface-level loading via the rear lane, and exclusive use of 17 underground parking stalls.
