Mark Goodman entered his career through a dramatically different path, completing his BA in psychology at the University of British Columbia. This background, combined with his family heritage, gives him a fresh aptitude for the subtleties and nuances of real-estate transactions.
After obtaining his real-estate license in 2002, Mark Goodman joined his father David Goodman as partner and principal on the Goodman Report team. Over the years, Mark has positioned himself as director of day-to-day operations. He has played a pivotal role in keeping the team at the technological forefront of the field by introducing online marketing and statistical analysis to the rapidly expanding arsenal of Goodman tools and methodology. A Vancouver native, he has a well-rounded perspective and a keen talent for pursuing new marketing channels. These capacities help him give the Goodman tradition a sharper edge.
Proof of Mark’s success is evident in transactions on more than 300 apartment buildings and development sites, totalling over $2.0 billion in sales volume.*
With his father, Mark co-publishes the Goodman Report, the company’s fully integrated, state-of-the-art email and print platform for apartment news and marketing. The Goodman Report has positioned David Goodman and Mark Goodman as authorities on apartment building sales in B.C. and across Canada. As a team, they’re frequently sought out and quoted for their opinions in The Vancouver Sun, National Post, The Globe and Mail, Business in Vancouver, Western Investor, LandlordBC Magazine and more.

Mark is a past director of the Vancouver Real Estate Board — Commercial Division.
